We ship across India via trusted courier partners (Delhivery, Shiprocket, DTDC).

Processing time: 1-2 business days

Delivery time: 4-7 business days (varies by location)

Free shipping on orders above ₹999

Standard shipping: ₹79 (below ₹999)

COD available (additional ₹30 COD charge)

International shipping: Currently unavailable. Coming soon.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return window: 7 days from delivery date

Eligible for return: Unworn, unwashed, with original tags intact

Not eligible: Used items, washed items, items damaged by customer

To initiate a return: Email hello@shopmoodify.com with your order ID and reason.

Refund timeline: 5-7 business days after we receive the return.

Exchange: We will ship the replacement within 2-3 days of receiving the return.

Note: Print-on-demand products are made to order. We cannot accept returns for wrong size if the size guide was available. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
